Roles at a Glance
- Owner: full control of Wyrld settings, membership, and public discovery configuration.
- Manager: trusted member with editing/moderation powers, but not owner-level account controls.
- Member: standard participant access with limited editing based on table mode and feature rules.
- Guest: non-account visitor; can browse public discovery pages but does not become a Wyrld member automatically.
Owner Permissions
- Can edit Wyrld settings including title, description, and membership roles.
- Can configure Public Discovery settings (listing, join mode, capacity, featured record).
- Can approve or reject join requests when request mode is enabled.
- Can remove members or promote/demote managers.
- Can always moderate community threads and replies.
Manager Permissions
- Can edit shared campaign content that requires editor-level access.
- Can lock/unlock discussion threads and moderate posts.
- Can manage Wyrld tables and records where editor permissions apply.
- Cannot change owner-only settings like role assignment and public discovery ownership controls.
Member Permissions
- Can access Wyrld content available to participants.
- Can participate in community discussion (create threads/replies), unless a thread is locked.
- Can collaborate in sandbox-mode tables without receiving full table-admin controls.
- Can leave the Wyrld from settings.
Guest Permissions
- Can browse Public Wyrld directory pages and listing details.
- Can view only the selected featured onboarding record for a listed Pro Wyrld.
- Must log in to request to join a Wyrld.
- Cannot access private Wyrld dashboards, records, or member-only content.
Visibility Rules
- Public listing does not make a whole Wyrld public.
- Only the owner-selected featured record is exposed for public discovery viewing.
- Other records, settings, and most campaign content remain protected by member/editor permissions.
- Public listing itself is a Pro Wyrld feature.
